It is our goal to do all that we can to provide our customers with the best value in quality light therapy products on the market.

You may return items sold on this website within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the item is damaged or faulty. Email us at info@innovativelighttherapy.com and we will help you through the process. Send us your order number and we will send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Once your item is received, it will be inspected and processed. You should receive a credit to your payment method within 7-10 days.

To cancel an order you have placed with Innovative Light Therapy, please contact customer support at support@innovativelighttherapy.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate cancelation of your order. Please provide your name, order number and contact information. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

All in stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has left our warehouse. The email will contain the estimated delivery date and the tracking number.
